Big Tree Forest Therapy offers guided forest bathing and forest therapy experiences in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia. Led by registered social worker Diana Stevely, sessions invite individuals and groups to reconnect with nature, slow down, and experience the restorative benefits of the forest.
