Fees, Insurance & Cancellations

Fees

The standard length of a counselling session is 50 minutes, with extended 75-minute sessions available upon request.

  • Individual Counselling: $150 Forest Bathing (Individual): $75.00 or less with groups of 4 or more $25.00 per person

  • Forest Therapeutic Group: $100.00 per person per week

  • Payment is due at the end of each session and can be made by e-transfer. Receipts are provided upon payment.

Insurance

Many extended health plans offer partial or full coverage for counselling with a Registered Social Worker.

A limited number of sliding scale spots may be available upon request.

Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are billed 50% of the session fee, except in cases of emergency.
