Through gentle invitations, you’ll engage with the forest in a way that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing.

  • Unlike a typical walk or hike, forest therapy is intentionally slow and guided. The focus isn’t on distance or fitness—it’s on presence, sensory awareness, and creating space for your mind and body to rest.

  • Forest therapy can support those experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, and emotional overwhelm. It may also help improve mood, reduce cortisol levels, and create a sense of calm, clarity, and connection.

  • No. Forest therapy is designed to be accessible and gentle. Sessions move at a slow pace and are adaptable to different mobility levels, making it suitable for most people.

  • Sessions are held in natural settings throughout the Fraser Valley, BC, including forests, trails, and other peaceful outdoor spaces chosen to support a safe and restorative experience.

  • Sessions typically last 2–3 hours and include guided invitations, quiet reflection, and opportunities to engage with nature using your senses. There is no pressure to share—your experience is your own.

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather, supportive footwear, and layers are recommended. You may also want to bring water and anything that helps you feel at ease outdoors.

  • Yes. Group offerings may be available for specific communities such as first responders, those experiencing grief and loss, or individuals navigating life transitions like menopause.
